Do you want panties off that exhaust moisture from the skin to dry. Underwear made of cotton absorbs moisture, so that they are not the best option if you plan to get sweaty.
I know I am a man, and I know that girls should wear belts, sport can cause a rash of them is unnecessary. Uhm try boy shorts or a pair of sliders. Maybe you just deal with the wedgie. Or contact some nasty obstacles on their underside.
