What are some good high fiber foods for a toddler? - bloated toddler

It seems a lot of air has blown up and she has a bowel movement every day. And if you do not feel particularly bad, and I fear that your digestive tract can be supported.

I have a diet rich in fiber, so that it works.

Any suggestion of some fiber-rich foods regularly, he may apply to any child or the cleansing of the stomach-friendly "food supplements?

Thank you!

PS. Please give more suggestions of "Get to the doctor"
It is already underway. But I wanted first hand knowledge and advice from other mothers and fathers, hear.

Thank you!

Give him a PB & J on whole grain bread for lunch. My son lives in the sandwich core, and is healthy and filling. Try the spinach with ranch dip (All my kids love it when he bit into the matter, appeal)
give less juice and water. Cut the juice completely if possible. Replace with fresh fruit - cut apples with peanut butter or sliced pears. You can cut into blocks and baby to a small tower, or think of other ways, it is interesting. My son and I sometimes "thing" in our orange before a toast to-can-eat-it-the first race.
Always start meal with everything that you do not believe that they eat it and sees nothing more than an hour.

Please do not listen to the mother, who said, oatmeal, bananas and apples. All these aggravate the problem. I hate it when people answer questions when they have no idea what they are talking. My daughter has the same problem over a year and a half. Pear juice with fiber, vegetables, fruit laden sure, that the pasta and bread made from wheat. Dairy products can aggravate the problem, such as cheese and dairy products. My son is on Miralax to maintain a regular and you can, but tasteless fiber diet on irrigation. I know you said you take your child to the doctor, so recommend if you do what is best for them. Good luck!

Oatmeal, bananas and apples are good kid happen sources with a high fiber-to-make things. When you eat such a lil more dairy products, especially cheese, which blocked one. A balanced diet that works best.

Hello,

My daughter also had a problem, and here it is, what might help.
Before your diet that will make them rich in fiber, you need to make sure that you drink the distribution of food or supplements, or they may be clogged.
Our pediatrician did something that is now required across the counter and has no smell and taste and dissolves in the liquid - Benefiber. It is also dependent and can be used whenever you want. You can buy in any pharmacy.

I also make whole wheat macaroni with spinach and cream cheese. Spinach is ideal for this, that the movement easy and good as can be:). Avocado is also excellent for helping with the problem. Plums in the early morning hours of May is the magic that you need.
